Management Information Systems (MIS) is the term given to the discipline focused on the integration of computer systems with the aims and objectives on an organization. The development and management of information technology tools assists executives and the general workforce in performing any tasks related to the processing of information. MIS and business systems are especially useful in the collation of business data and the production of reports to be used as tools for decision making.

We have developed few variations of Management Information System in Nepal targeted to educational institutions. We call it WhiteBoard^TM- an educational ERP. We have two different versions of WhiteBoard^TM developed in JSP Spring Framework and PHP CodeIgniter Framework respectively. These versions meet the respective requirements of schools as well colleges.

WhiteBoard^TM Starter

WhiteBoard^TM Starter is made for those people who need a general website application for there institution. It manages all the general works and becomes visible to large number of students and can analyze what kind of information students are seeking.

All the current activities, News updates, information for all the website viewers.

2. Newsletter Manager
To keep all the clients and the important peoples posted about the ongoing events, offers. Information that will be sent to all the required mass all at once so that don’t miss any offers or new services, A marketing strategy.

3. Notice Manager
To keep your Institution's staffs posted about the circular or any meetings or anything that the concerned peoples need to be in.

4. Services
Services that your Institution provides to all the peoples or students. Add any new pages and modify whenever needed.

5. Events Manager
To keep all the site views posted about the events your Institution is involved in to drag the viewer attention and let them know the benefits that they could miss.

6. Online registration
To allow Students register or book online for counselling or admission. Search by UserName, reply etc.

Personal Details, Subjects, Upload Tutorials, Upload Notes, Upload Assignment, Update Attendance Details, Upload Internal Marks for individual students so that it can be checked out from anywhere from a computer with internet.

Every action will fire an email to the respective students or batch so that they know about the updates being made by there Faculty.

These reports can be displayed in bar/graph charts and can be printed too.
