Any buyer can buy services from Young Minds. Young Minds reserves full rights to accept or reject to provide service to buyers.
Young Minds shall quote buyers based on the requirements provided by buyer. The quotaion pricing varies based on the developers availability, rush, project urgency and other terms discussed. Buyer reserves full right to accept or reject quotes.
Buyers must pay 50% advance before they sign in with Young Minds on any deal, upon finalization of pricing. Once payment has been made, the development of website or application or any job starts. Buyer shall pay balance 50% payment upon job completion. The development files or service shall be transferred to buyer upon the balance payment within 4 business days. The payment terms may vary depending upon our agreement with buyer.
Buyer can not cancel the project once it has been started. We do not have refund policy because of that fact that our manpower has already started to work on your project. Hence, only proceed ahead with us if you think you are ready. However, depending upon the case, upon mutual agreement, we shall refund the payment with or without deducting the charges incurred in providing the service.
