Wanted: Software Support/ Implementation
We are looking for a self-motivated and talented candidate. The ideal candidate should be an excellent learner, with a brilliant logical idea, analytical mind, and organizational skills.
- Support clients to answer queries, locate information and review technical requirements.
- Offer direct customer service and technical support to user through phone, email and in-person.
- Record customer change requests and technical requirements.
- Manage Product Help Desk and capture user interactions.
- Present to end users for training purposes
- Create application training manuals and training materials.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Engineering.
