On February 2021, Young Minds and Department of Health Services sign in for “Electronic Health Record (EHR) System”. An EHR is an electronic collection of patient’s history- including diagnosis, medication, treatment plan, laboratory test results. It is designed to help and strengthen the heath care facilities across the country. Ultimate goal of this projects are:

1. Establish own system for clinical documentation standards, reporting requirements and decision for clinical intervention which consist of major data.
2. Generate information with summary of information on hospitals and their services.
3. Design, develop, and deploy management information system for curative service division.
4. Develop mobile application for individual patient information.
