PalikaOnline is a product which aims to provide e-services by Palika to its citizens. The concept reduces hassle for public to manually fill up the forms and visit their respective Palika or Ward offices multiple times in order to avail the local government services. It has emerged from a concept driven to strengthen the public service delivery mechanism by digitalizing the delivery system. It is an integrated platform which eases the work of public services both for the service provider and consumer.
